works with keeping aways birds. kites or something else in the shape of a predator birds keeps some out of certain areas

We have lesser kestrals that also hunt in these affected areas...I really don't think that idea will work...besides...we have tourists and locals using these respective routes so they would probably pick up all the rubber snakes..
