need advice why my panther pat on his head still flat..

the pads on his head are awfully flat..., why and how to fix it....

8.00 am start first mist 40m 12.00 30m 5.00 20m

noon 30-32 c 70%H night 24-25 80%h

he stay outdoor and stay with me around 2-3 month
eat cricket add gut load calcium superfood vitamin etc , eat 8 cricket per day
but urate a little bit orang

i want to know how to fix pad on his head... i need big pad

Panthers stay relatively flat, where vield chameleons have a huge casque.

He looks a little dehydrated to me. usually if his pads are flat he is not getting enough water. notice how his eyes are a little sunken in ever so slightly. I would make sure he is drinking plenty, and see if that don't take care of his pad issue. You could give him a shower that could help him to drink more. We really don't know much about his care how are you supplementing, are you using a UVB bulb when inside, what are you gut loading your food? If you could fill out a how to ask for help form we could see better how to approach your situation before he gets worse. The Urates being brown is also an indication of dehydration.

You can also feed him silkworms, hornworms, butterworms to help fatten up his pads a little. A cricket only diet is good with proper gutload, but variety is best.

The casque is not the same as the head pads, Scout. The head pads on a panther should be bumped out not caved in.

The head pads are indication of fat and water stores from what I've read/seen.

i didn't use uvb because he stay out door direct sun 6am-8am10-11shade 12pm-18pm no sun hit

Its just an expression. It just means, that seems to work some times, that seems to do it sometimes, that seems to be the solution sometimes, that seems to fix it sometimes. It's not a literal trick.

Sorry about the confusion I was just suggesting you give him showers for about a half hour every day until he improves. Make sure he is getting a drip all day long, a lot of times they won't drink in front of us, but will consume the water while our backs are turned. While you have him outside there is no need for a UVB light or any light for that matter.

If you have him outdoors, extend the time that the water is on for his hydration. Be sure it is dripping on leaves.
