Need Help Feeding

Wilson, my baby jackson's doesn't really seem to be eating much. I got him two weeks ago and have been having trouble getting him to eat regularly. I don't really see him eat much, except sometimes I can get him to eat a mealworm infront of me. Other than that, I put crickets in his cage, but they don't really seem to be disappearing.
How much should my little guy be eating? How often should I feed him?

Thanks for the help!

Cup feeding is using a small cup to put the crickets in so you can monitor how many are "hopefully" missing.
I don't have experience with baby jackson's but are you sure your feeders are small enough.
