I have a panther cham 6 months old and he's in a reptibreeze 2x2x4 and I'm downstairs in my basement in my house so it's already maybe 69 degrees here. I have a big basking bulb a dual UVB fixture and a 150w ceramic in fared heater and all 3 lights are on top of his screen cage. I also have a monsoon 500 mister system in there but I have a hard time keeping it at least 50% humidity and 80 degrees in his non basking spot area. Any suggestions? I've talked to a Bruce galbraith from chameleonparadise.net she was the one that got me my cham and she says throw a damp towel over the cage but it's a huge *** fire risk if I did. Please help any help is appreciated.

You could add a bit of foliage in the top of your enclosure. Or, you can always try hanging/ taping/ velcroing a plastic trash bag on the sides of the enclosure. Try one side at a time and add the sheeting to the other sides until you reach your desired temp/ humidity level. This will help hold in the moisture and heat.
