need help with incubators please....

I live in south Texas and I'm having some troubles incubating panther eggs because of our. Extreme weather.the heat down here gets really hot and the humidity can be up and down from day to day.IV tried the closet method and can't seem to make it work.I was curious what incubators y'all would reccomend.how do y'all feel about the reptibator or the new exoterra incubator.I'm open to any suggestions.thanks for yalls time

Styrofoam cooler wit heat pad and some humid soil maybe? Punch a lil hole here and there to maintaim temp and humidity
