So I'm currently getting a 3 month old panther, does anyone have any great links to where I can buy him a cage and setup all in one bundle? One that will last him a few months u till I get him a bigger cage. I need one that comes with everything I need!

This would get you everything mostly,it comes with a decent light, I just put the first link in cause its really good affordable lighting. LLL has good cages to choose and so does dragonstand and diy cages. Todd at light your reptiles was good to deal with and stands behind the lights he sells. So I recommend the tropic blaze fixture for sure.
Note that you will need more cover for your cham, and you will need to purchase a Calcium supplement that DOESN'T have D3 for daily use. As far as I can tell these kits come with Calcium WITH D3, which is only recommended to be used a couple times a month.
Also, the same site sells an "extreme" kit which adds a Mist King system.
Be careful as you shop for the complete kits. I've noticed that a lot come with a CFL (coil shaped) bulb for UVB. Some keepers have had success with these but the long linear tubes for UVB are generally considered safer.
To add: I second what the above poster said, that Dragon Strand and DIY Cages sell great cages if you are willing to get your supplies from multiple sources (or obviously you could consider this for your cham's adult cage). I especially recommend the Dragon Strand breeder series cages as they are great for keeping humidity in and also keeping water off your walls.
By the way I've seen videos of people using storage totes with cut outs replaced with screen mesh on all sides except base I personally wouldn't recommend this being I haven't tried but its better than nothing as for lighting a regular house 60 or lower wat bulb will suffice for heating along with a .5 uvb bulb will suit him or her a drip system would also be needed I suggest putting a slanted mesh screen to help maintain the droplets in motion but I hope you can find a reasonable enclosure to avoid any complications
