i need help on how to upload pictures on here

Go to post a reply button and click the little paperclip (attachments) on the top bar and you can browse and download from your computer or upload from a URL. Hope this helps

no like how do i upload them to my profile and set as my avatar

click on USER CP and scroll down and click on EDIT AVATAR its in the left side of the screen... Hope this helps a little
