New and need info

Hello,

We are interested in a small, short living chameleon. At a local reptile show, were told to get the Dwarf Fleming. I can not find any info on this little guy. they were small and ran about $40 each. I assume from this, they are pretty easy to obtain. Could anyone tell me the correct name? I really want to verify the info I was given before making a purchase, if I can even find them.

Also, if you know of another cham that we should consider, let me know!!!

why would you want a short living pet? isnt the purpose of a pet to be with you for awhile.

You can get lots of chams for under $50 btw.

THe short life is just a personal preference. we also want a smaller size. We plan to purchase three females. We were told the dwarf fleming will still bond with us and should expect about 3 year lifespan. Do you know anything about these? Do you have any recommendations?

never heard of a dwarf flemming, are you talking about pygmys?

I don't know what a flemmings is, but a trio of brevs is your best bet.

Also, don't count on any chameleon "bonding" to you.

especially if you are going with pygs, they are more of a "looker" pet.
