new baby girl chameleon

i have had owned a graceful chameleon a couple years ago. and this is my first veil chameleon i have owned. i just got her today and i wanted to know how long will she get settle in her new home for her to start eating and drinking . she just craws and stay in a spot then moves again. i have a cage that is to big for her now but my order for a new cage will be in 2 days. and it will be a smaller cage that i have now . thanks also does any one think she is uncomfortable in a cage that is 24x24x48. i have her in that cage for now till a smaller cage is ship out to me

It makes it harder to find food and it may be to big if an environment for a juvenile. How old is she?

she is 4-6 months old. and thats the only cage i have as of now till 2 days. i am going to try and hand feed her until now till i get the smaller cage and i also have a feeding cup inside the cage were she can see the crickets and super worms
