I just got a 2 month old veiled cham! He seems pretty overwhelmed by his new home, and he seems pretty terrified of me, because when I enter the room his colors get really dark and he hides. I'm sure he'll come around with time. I do have a question, I have a 2x2x4' enclosure (the cham is about 3-4 inches long) and the seller told me that because he is so small, he would have a hard time catching his prey in that large space, so the guy told me to split the space in half while he's this young by putting screen in the middle. But my question is, if I just cup fed him for a while, than do I still need to do that? PS I will show pictures soon, but right now he always hides from me so i really cant

People have different opinions on a cage size for a 2 month old. I personally put my 2 month old in the same size enclosure as you have. I just made sure he had plenty of feeders to eat as he wouldn’t eat out of a cup. So with that being said I made sure the feeders in the cage had something to eat. With a cage that big the little guy might not find them all. But if your guy cup feeds and you can monitor what he eats then I don’t think a cage that size is a problem. Just my opinion
