Ok so the mega ray is a Mercury Vapor bulb. Be very very careful with that one. Temps and UVI output is higher with it. If you have the T5HO on both enclosures you really do not need the MV bulb. That could be switch out for a regular incandescent bulb.

How old is the T5 linear bulb?

Its brand new liniar, in South Africa they extremely difficult to get hold of so it is possible that its old stock. i do have reflectors on the liniar as well to try boost it a bit.
