I have a new cham shes about 5 months old, we have only had her for about two days but shes not wanting to eat. Shes eaten one live cricket since we have brought her home. Any suggestions?

Time

My five month old took a day or two as well and now eats as soon as food is given. After about five days he became adjusted and went right to his food bowl or moved right in to grab a cricket. I wouldn't worry until a week or so in if the behavior persists

Give her time. This is not unusual at all. She should eat in a day or two once she is more settled. Welcome to the forum! Have you checked out the care sheets?

Give her a week or so to settle in. During this time don't touch her and try not to spend a lot of time staring at her. Give her some space and some time to become comfortable. Try to keep everything as a routine- it will help her learn what to expect and reduce the stress of acclimation. Feed and water at set times for a while, and turn your lights off and on at the same times every day.
Once she is feeding and pooping regularly you can loosen up the schedule a bit and also spend time enjoying her and observing her.
