I would love to but my car has no heat he won't make it 4 hours in a cold car anything I can do for it without driving that far

Get a tempex box push in a stick, get a stick and jam it trough the box so he has something to sit on.
For heat either get a bottle with warm water and wrap it in a towel (so it doesn't roll or use heatpacks.
It will stay warm for a longer period of time, you just have to ask the vet for a refill of warm water for your trip back...
If it stays over 50F in your car it should not be a problem even if the temperature in his travelbox drops.

I forgot to say that the eye thing has been slowly getting smaller ever since I got him and today I noticed when he sees food his yellow will be replaced with green color instead

You do realize you are risking the eye of your chameleon and maybe even his life by not taking it to the vet?
