New Chameleon - Males and Females

So this weekend my husband and I bought a baby male veiled. We already have a female who is about 7 months. They both have their own enclosures but are in the same room. My female has been a bit agitated with her new roommate. She hasn't laid any eggs yet and I'm worries this may prevent her from laying if she's too stressed. We're getting ready to move in 2 weeks and I'm fearful it will be a lot of stress on both of them, but her especially. What can I do to not have her so stressed?

In the new house they will have a big reptile room where we can give then a barrier so they don't see each other, but we'll have to make due until then. I'd like to let them both free roam in the new house as well since we will have a huge sunroom with all kinds of goodies for them, is it safe to free roam together or will I need to separate them?

I would try to find a way to block her view of him if at all possible. She is showing her receptive colors, but she don't look gravid enough to lay right away. It won't be long though make sure you keep her laying ben inside her enclosure, and disturb her as little as possible. When she gets closer to laying I would even put a curtain, or blanket around her enclosure. Good luck

I use 100% cotton bath towels to block their view of each other but still allow air flow
They also help with maintaining humidity

As to the free ranging: I wouldn't put them on the same free range. You could end up with one injuring the other, especially with such a size difference right now. When the male gets older you could end up with him bothering the female, trying to mate when she doesn't want to. Just too many risk factors I think.
