Thank you, I'm trying my best!I think I’m not alone in my jealousy that you have a wild chameleon living in your garden. He/she is adorable! Besides the possibility that it may have parasites, it’s also possible that it’s old. Bless you for looking after it and I hope it perks up.
He does look like that but he's very calm and friendly! He’s so cute, he looks like a grumpy old man! Lol! I’m so happy he found you!
That last pic surprises me that he'd risk ground travel. Could you tell if there was someplace he was trying to get to or was he just in search of new horizons? He felt like going on an adventure today
Right?? Maybe he's patrolling his territory or maybe he's hunting for ground bugs. I'm sure he's got a reason! That last pic surprises me that he'd risk ground travel. Could you tell if there was someplace he was trying to get to or was he just in search of new horizons?
He's done it before, he went to a place he used to go. Sometimes, he comes inside the house, and let me tell you ill go downstairs to make a coffee in the morning and I'll find him walking around and somehow my dog never reacted to him. That last pic surprises me that he'd risk ground travel. Then it sounds like he had something on his mind...He's done it before, he went to a place he used to go.
We had a cat that would sit in the middle of the kitchen and watch mice run by her within a foot, and she'd never raise a paw or even follow them. We had a dog that climbed trees because nobody ever told her dogs couldn't climb trees.Sometimes, he comes inside the house, and let me tell you ill go downstairs to make a coffee in the morning and I'll find him walking around and somehow my dog never reacted to him.
Link to a video of him climbing (wouldn't let me attach videos) --> https://streamable.com/zfakmc
Surprisingly, I've never seen his anywhere .Then it sounds like he had something on his mind...

Nothing dogs or cats do (or don't) surprises me anymore.
I guess I'm just (still?) surprised that an arboreal chameleon would spend so much time on the ground. The climbing (video) seems more... typical.
Does he leave you presents?
Can't say I'm not just a little envious. But then I get presents daily!
To be honest, I'm not sure.I love him!! What's his name? Is he actually a he?
I found this post in an older thread - might be able to figure it out with this info:To be honest, I'm not sure.
