Another note about Bill and dragon strand.
I had an issue with something I bought and Bill was right on it. With 2 solutions and wanted to make sure everything was right for me the consumer,I was like if I can rig something to fix the issue no worries, seriously I had no issue with doing this, Bill however wouldn't have any of that and is sending out a replacement soon for the drip pan. Very excellent quality of material, customer care and overall exp dealing with Bill and Dragon Strand in general. Best enclosures money can buy.
I did the same thing! Lol I moved Zorak while he was sleeping on his hibiscus plant haha. He woke up in the morning and had this look of what is going on in here?! All this space and well thought out planting hahaha.I had an issue with a couple things when I got my Dragon Strand as well. I bought one of the Breeder Series cages and after opening the package, I saw that two of my panels had been damaged during shipping, and had dents on the aluminum framing. I wasn't real happy about that, as I took that specific weekend off of work to build the cage and now I had dents in my panels. So I got ahold of Bill, and told him the issue, and sent him pics of the damaged panels. The one panel looked really bad where the dent was. Overlooking the shipping box, it seems as if someone threw something heavy onto my cage box at an angle, which is what split my shipping box in a couple spots and ended up damaging a couple of the panels. Here is the top cage panel that was really dented bad:

I was okay with using this other panel if I HAD to, as it wasn't super bad, but definitely dented. It was a front panel that goes on front of cage though, and it would of definitely been noticeable:

Bill resolved the issue by re-making and re-sending BOTH those two panels within two days! I was so happy! I thought that I was going to have to build a cage that looked damaged.... was pretty bummed. But nope! Bill to the rescue, and had them shipped and on their way in two days and I received them within a few days of that.
Got the Dragon Strand all put together and it looked wonderful! I slowly been decorating the cage and perfecting it over the last couple weeks and the chameleon was actually just introduced into the cage 2 days ago. Put him in it on Friday night 4-22 so that way he would wake up in it on Saturday. He probably feels a little out of place because he doesn't know where anything is now, staying mostly on the 3 branches he has discovered. Little does he know, there is a whole world of branches and vines and plants for him to explore. I haven't taken pics of everything yet, but I will soon. Just figured I would chime in on here and say how good Bill is as well since the thread was discussing it. Made everything perfect for me and he has some great quality cages.
