I have zero to offer in the way of Beardie love, but as a Northern California girl, I know this drill well. Be safe. Go when they say go. Don't hesitate. Sending love to you and your babies. So, there are some CRAZY winds and fire threats here where I live, the fence already caught on fire, thankfully it’s put out now. But I’m 99% sure we will have to evacuate sometime today or tomorrow. Is there anything I should do for Arnold? I don’t want him to be stressed but with nine chicks, two dogs and two cats that might be hard. Any ideas? I’m definitely taking some of his favorite bugs to please him.
Poor sweetie. The wind has gone down a little and no active fires near us for now. I still have all the stuff I need together just in case, but two big dogs and no fence makes a loud house lol. This boy was shaking when we got home, and hasn’t left our side since.View attachment 362804
Omg that face is to die for! I love pitties, reminds me of my girl who was a bulldog mix, but she definitely lived up to the scary dog rumors when on leash, but at home she was just our sassy smushy faced girl!!Thank goodness everything turned out ok for you!
My Beastie has awful anxiety and I have tried just about everything, starting with things like a thunder jacket and natural remedies to finally heavy drugs. The best I can do is get him sedated and crate him so he doesn’t tear apart the house or hurt himself (or me). He gets anxious from the smallest things like when I turn the oven on, beardie glass surfing or my work phone text alerts. For those small things, just a short time in his crate is enough. For big things like fireworks and thunderstorms, it’s heavy drugs and crate. Yes, he’s a big American bully and pit mix…ooh, so scary. He’s just my big old senior puppy.

Thank you!!Omg that is rather scary! I’m glad the fires have died down around you! Hopefully it stays that way! And what cute pups you all have! Wishing you all the best!
Thank you! They are both adorable! Do you know what kind Sherbert is?
He’s giving pure ‘blue steel’.What do you do when you’re bored on a Wednesday? Take an old pair of jeans, a model, and design dragon clothes! Arnold loves the vest like clothes, so we’re making a knight outfitView attachment 362910
