New Juvi Panther

Hello, I am new to the forum. We have had 7 years of experience with Veiled Chameleons and after a horrible disaster, and 2 years without any chams, we have decided to start again. I have acquired a juvenile Panther Chameleon from a very good friend who is also a breeder. We're not sure of what location we have (the clutches were all kept in un-marked containers).

I know that Panthers are a whole different matter from Veileds, so we did plenty of research. Nothing compares to individual experience though, so any advice is appreciated.

Here are a few pics of Bagheera (I am SO hoping this is a male!!).

I just got another one-a hybrid from Kammerflage today.....50%Sambava/25%Ambilobe/25%Nosy Be

This makes my 11th panther now...lol and I still have Satoky coming from Chameleon Caretaker.....its getting crowded in here!!

Awesome! I'm sure we'll end up with plenty more as well. We're taking it slow for now though.....I'm still greiving for the 5 Veileds we lost 2 years ago. The Hubby is building an outdoor enclosure for him now and as soon as he gets a little bigger, he'll be enjoying the great outdoors. I would love to see pics of your collection.

Holy buckets, you have a lot of pets. I love the beardies, I have those also. I had to look twicw to even see the crested in the first pic, and last are you sure you want a male veiled close to your face???

LOL I sure do even the infamous Sisterus Naginus.....very dangerous....lol
I just posted on this forums gallery my new baby girl cham and 2 of my Ambilobes starting to mate!! They WERE virgins, but afterwards......male and I shared a beer and he was all chillin out...lol

My male veiled is actualy a cool little fellow once outa the cage.....doesnt really even huff or hiss when getting him out. But hes young, and I have hopes for him still....LOL

Well, judging from the typical "U" bar, id say he appears to be an sambava.
