The pics are blurry because he was trying to bit me through the whole process, mean mother he is. And still is a year later.

I did post the pics, but for some reason the entire thread was deleted. Anyway, i don't know how to post the pics on here, but if you go onto my gallery, he is the first 2 pics. The pics aren't very good, i had to put a light behind me just to get him to show up. When he gets fired up, he is solid black with a blue stripe down his side. Unbelievable!!! When i first saw him i thought he was so stressed he was going to die because of the black, but as soon as i held him he got his reg colors back. The breeder had him in with the female, she is now gravid yeahhh, and i don't think he liked it very much. Most of the time when i check on him, he is almost black. Boy is it going to be hard to tell when he is stressed. I know in the pics he looks somewhat like a nosy be, but with the lights it makes him look alot different. I've also worked with the seller quite a bit, even bought a gorgeous nosy be before from him, and he tells me he is NOT a nosy be, but a new locale called midnight blue. He said they are just starting to import some of these guys. What about that you big dealers? Have you heard of this breed?

I will really need to work on better pics. These really don't even look like him. Will try again today. How do you move the pics from the gallery to here?

Which babies? Firestar's or my midnight blues. He actually mated with a female while the breeder had her. She looks like she is due anyday. I'm not sure if your talking about Firestar. Remember he is a morph, 1/2 nosy be/ 1/2 blue bar. Gorgeous though huh? And he still is a baby, only 8 months old.

Ok. Here are some more pics. Dean, he doesn't look anything like yours. He's beautiful though! When resting he is almost black, and sometimes he does lighten up and have some turgooise in him. He lips are actually white, not yellow. I'm still waiting to hear from the breeders. Is this a new kind? Let me know what you think.
