New mistking, can't get it to work properly...

You are correct in saying there is no collett in there. Just send Marty an email and he will take care of you. He has been great to deal with for my two orders I have done through him. He does get a lot of email and he tries to deal with things as quick as possible. He is all about customer service and making things right.

Sorry guys, I've been running around a bit. I think I replied to the email, if not my apologies. From your pic it definitely looks like the collet is out of the pump fitting. Check in the pump box, maybe in shipping popped out when UPS tossed the box around. If not I can ship you few collets (or pull one out of a spare fitting if you have one). Please email me again if you have found it. Replacement is never an issue.

Hey Marty, I personally haven't sent you an email yet but I will tomorrow morning or tomorrow afternoon. I'll check the pump box but I'm fairly sure they aren't in there. This is my first misting system so I don't have any spare parts either. But I'll email you tomorrow and we can go from there. Thanks for your response!

Got mine working as well. Just a collet problem too. I just popped one out of a nozzle I'm not using and placed it in the pump.
