Yes twice a day for a few minutes just on plants should I spray him himself?

You can if you want to to help him/her clean its eyes. My chameleon Stark likes me to mist him to help him clean his eyes and he also drinks the water.Just make sure the water is warm but make sure it is not too cold or too hot.

yeah, til shes approximately 6 months old. i could be wrong on the sex, males have spurs on the backs of the feet, i havent seen them yet. females also dont require as much space as a male. males use the xl reptibreeze while the females can be fine in the medium to large enclosures.

for the longest time I just misted the surrounding plants, careful not to mist my little dude. Then one day, he just walked right into the mist, HE LOVES IT! He'll let me sit there and mist him as long as i"m willing. But when the water gets cool, HE IS OUT!! he's a bit spoiled, he only likes very warm water!
