Definetly a male, very pronounced hemipenal bulge, and generally female panthers are a lot rosier (pinks and oranges) at that age.

by 6 months is when virbrant colors start to come in but my friends chams colors were still developing slowly for like 3-4 months after that... he may have been a late bloomer or it may be they way their colors get in. im not sure yet cuz my lil guy is only 3 months but hes already showing some awesome colors

And you cant expect to see full coloration until about 15 months, is what most breeders are saying. Give him some time he will be a stud!

knowing what local he is you can somewhat depict what colors he "should be" but u wont really know for sure
