New to owning Chams

I believe my set up is alright for the guy but I am looking for any suggestions that I can do to make it a little better. This is my first Cham and he's been a handful since I got him with MBD without my knowledge.

Your Chameleon - Veiled Chameleon ~6-9 months old, owned for ~3 months.
Handling - Daily for vet ordered liquid oral calcium supplement
Feeding - Crickets mostly occassionally wax worms/meal worm.. Generally anywhere between 6-12 Crickets worms etc
Supplements - Zoomed Repticalcium without D3 daily, Zoomed Repticalcium with D3 / Zoomed reptivite 2x monthly
Watering -I have a reptirain automatic mister misting for 15 seconds every 3 hours. I have seen him drink not frequently but I am not often home.
Fecal Description - Dark brown solid (smells like poop) fecal matter and white (sometimes slightly off white (but may have sat for a few hours by that time))
History - Receieved with MBD

Cage Info:
Cage Type - 18x18x36 reptibreeze alluminum enclosure
Lighting - Zoomed Powersun 100W (outside of cage)
Temperature - Haven't checked it recently thermometer is hard to permanently mount but had a gradient of 85-90 at the top and the bottom is all shaded by plants for him. (no change in set up since reading)
Humidity - 60-70% automatic mister, 2 live plants, and a Fogger.
Plants - 2 Schefflera Arboricola
Placement - Cage is located away from all vents and fans next to my bedroom window top of cage is about 6'6" off the ground. Low foot traffic
Location - Tampa Bay Area- Florida- USA

He generally basks (gets all wide and darker) right under the powersun does it not provide enough heat for him to properly bask? He also sits in the sun from ~3-sunset depending on time of year

Welcome to the forums. Do you have any pictures of your chameleon and his setup? I have a few recommendations.
1. Make sure your Reptivite does not have D3 so you don't overdose him on D3. Reptivite comes with and without d3. If yours has the d3 then you don't need the Repticalcium with d3. The Reptivite will cover the d3 and the multi vit.
2. I would mist longer than 15 seconds. Do you have a dripper? It takes them awhile to get in the mood to drink and then once they start they drink for awhile.
3. He needs a large variety of feeders and wax worms and mealworms aren't they best. I never use them. Silkworms, Phoenix worms and butter worms are high in calcium and would be excellent feeders for him. You could also use super worms and roaches. You might want to check out lindasgonebuggy.com. She has value packs for like $20 where you get about 3 or 4 different feeders. If you email her she also allots you to substitute.
4. If he has smelly poop, he might have parasites. I recommend a fecal.
5. Power suns put out allot of heat. I'd never recommend using one on a cage.
6. Speaking of cages, he's going to be needing a bigger one real soon.

I'm attaching my blog for new keepers. You might find it helpful.

D3 is in check I give D3 2x monthly with a multivitamin

His waste only smells when I am removing it (so i'm close and jostling it) doesn't have an overpowering smell or much of any otherwise.

And Powersun is hanging ~5 Inches above the Cage

And yeah he was walking on the bottom yesterday after he was out and about on his own for a while and he takes up more than half with his tail extended

And finally just the picture i have there in that album I can get some more after work tonight or tomorrow
