New young chameleon closing eyes and not moving

I just got this young (looks about 2-3 months old) female veiled chameleon and she hasn't been active at all. She barely moves at all unless I'm misting the cage, she doesn't eat at all, she climbs her cage instead of her vines and branches like she really wants to get out, and worst of all, her eyes are ALWAYS closed, even when she climbs around. She barely drinks, but I'm mostly worried about the fact that she hasn't eaten since I got her three days ago. She doesn't even seem interested in moving. Could this be her just sleeping or something due to the stress of moving to a new location? Please help me diagnose this problem.

Chameleon - female veiled 2-3 months old from a pet store, I've had her for 3 days
Handling - once when I move her into the cage, and I moved her around the cage a few times to get her to try to be active some
Food - I've been trying crickets twice a day but since she doesn't open her eyes she never sees them
Supplements - repashy but she isn't eating anyway
Watering - hand misting four times a day for 4-5 minutes at a time
Fecal description - she hasn't pooped yet

Cage - basic reptibreeze medium screen cage
Lighting - Trying to stick to 7am-9pm but I slipped up a couple times; zoomed combo with the zoomed 13 watt reptisun UVB bulb and the zoomed daylight blue 60 watt heat bulb; no lighting at night but it's summer in Florida
Temps - I used a thermometer with a probe to measure; ~72 on the bottom, ~84 in the basking spot
Humidity- Haven't measured yet, don't have a hygrometer
Plants - 1 live plant, devil's ivy, but I just put that in this morning
Placement - in my bedroom; the cage is elevated about a foot and a half off the ground, lights hanging above it, kinda below an air vent but it's a horizaontal vent so it doesn't blow down on the cage

no I haven't seen them dust the food so I don't know for sure. I think they feed mostly mealworms there.

Here are some pics of the cage:

Can you get a picture of her back ankle better? I would be wondering if she's either calcium deficient or vitamin deficient or both. I don't think a vet visit would be a bad idea honestly.

Until she can open her eyes to eat...try taking a cricket between your fingers by the butt end and touching it to her lips.if she opens her mouth place it between her teeth so she will chew it and see if she will take it.

Which ankle? I didn't notice her bones looked deformed or anything

I tried this one time and she didn't react at all

I would reccomend a vet visit. was she like this in the pet store when you got her or just when she got to your house?

She was like this at the pet store too, though I thought she might've been resting since she was young. I think she may have been to young to be sold.

It was her back ankle, the one I can see in the last picture, I think it's the right? It is likely nothing if you don't notice anything. Is likely just angle. It just looks weirdly bent from the angle I the picture shows it at

I was planning to take her to the vet this past Friday morning, but when I woke up I found her body at the bottom of the cage. She didn't make it Thank you all for your advice
