What can i use to heat a 68gallon flexarium?? at night.? any idea? i just bought the flexi and am going 2 b moving my cham in there next week. i have 2x 60w baskin lamps for day time heat but dont know waht to use in the night.
 
Sorrz. i live in uk. wouldnt have thought the temps drop below 60f not 100% sure thought coz the heating in the house isnt on all day/night. veiled cham
 
so you think she'd be ok with no heating in the night?? just room temp?? even in winter?? thanks for replyin by the way
 
Do not heat your enclosure at night.
They need a 10 to 20 degree drop in temps at night ...60 degrees f. is perfect.

as long as it does not drop too much, it's fine.
I heard some veiled can even withstand 50F with no problem (I am not suggesting you to do this).
But, general rule of thumb 60F is the limit.

chameleons need 10 degree drop at night.
 
cool thanks. just one more quick Q i bought 2 small light lamps which were smaller than i thought. i can only put 60w bulbs in them. so was going to use em both together. will i get enough heat off these in a flexi??
