I just built my drain system in my cage... I had to take the thing apart to drill a 3" hole then had to cut the wood my cage sits on 2" and use pvc pipe going down so its all hiddin... The glue is going to take 48hrs to seal. Will my cham be ok with no spraying for 2 days?

No.
Can you line the bottom with some plastic and paper towels to protect the glue and hand mist for a couple of days?
You'll have to do something like this, in my opinion.
How does the chameleon get water other than misting?

I did the plastic the water dripped off and got on the carpet. I took him out side and put him on a tree I mist there no luck did it for like 5 min...

What kind of glue is it? If it is PVC glue you shouldn't have any problem after a few minutes.

How did you glue the drain in like RCMIKE said pvc glue seals in less than 5 minutes, usually less. i glued my pvc together in another room due to smell and used a standard sink basket from home depot as my dain hole with a strainer in it
as long as you have central weight in drains quite well
maybe you useed silicone caulk....this would need several hours, preferably 24 to seal but again the smell (fumes) worry me

good luck

I used pvc glue im going to check in the morning to see if its dry... Also had a really strong smell needed it to air dry

Oh yeah, you'll be fine. I have glued water lines and aquarium lines and used them withing minutes. If you waited overnight you are more than fine.
