I was without power for a day after sandy hit here in maryland. I just moved Clyde next to a window so he would know it was daytime. He still stayed dark all day and barely ate or drank.
Luckily the house has a fireplace that can be lit without power so he stayed close to that for heat. You can also wrap up a hand warmer and put it into a cage with your cham, just be very careful that it is not hot enough to burn
If your cham is healthy it should be alright for a couple days but I think looking into a generator for the future is a good idea for anyone in an area with possible bad weather.
Yea they were fine for the last week without power. They soaked up the UVBs n heat since Sunday when we got it back and ate as well. Sucks that it had to go back out but could be worse.
