Nosy Komba is a small island between the mainland Ambanja/Ankify area and Nosy Be. I've never been aware of panthers from there being specifically imported here and labeled as such before.

I think its mostly the uninformed people that assume the blues are "prettier" and no variation exist within a specifice locale. Blue Nosy's may not be as common as the green variation.

Interesting, you dont see those very often. Are you going to try and get a breeding project going? I'd like to get some from Reunion Island/St Marie locale. Its another that we dont see much on this side of the pond. Alot more common for both of those locales in Europe for some reason.

I would pay big bucks for an Ampiskiana Panther, which we don't see here either. BTW, your Komba is very stunning.

I think he's saying that because most people in North America don't believe they exist and that they are just ambilobes (or was it ambanja?) Am I right, or am I thinking of someother locale?

They look kinda like a cross of an ambi and a sambava. Lots of oranges and yellows.

Lol. PLEASE, someone show me "Ampiskiana" on ANY map. Also, Reunion and Nosy Boraha/Ile Ste Marie are two totally different islands, the first of which is not natural habitat for pardalis.
