Not eating

My chameleon doesnt seem to be eating. He was stubborn on crickets so he was eating mealworms while i ordered butter and superworms to feed him. He has now stopped eating but is still mobile and drinks everyday. I have no idea whats going on. Ive had him for 4 months and havent had a problem. My setup is correct.

Could be a number of reasons maybe hes about to shed? More variety in diet needed? How old is he?

Hes been spoiled on mealworms, so now hes waiting for them.

Butters i would avoid, as some people are seeing problems with their cham reacting to the butters.

How old is he?

and what is his basking temp?

He wont eat mealworms either. Basking temp is roughly 85-90. He turned 6 months today. Im not sure if its a hunger strike but besides not eating he seems healthy

You're basking temp is a bit high. It should be 85 no higher.

Try ordering some dubias and feeding him every other day.

There are so many things it could be.
You will need to fill out a "how to ask for help" form which can be found
on the front page of the forum and is on top as a sticky.

A few pics of your cage and set-up is also very helpful.

It's probably something very simple, but it's best to make sure.

I've only had my chameleon for a little over a week. He's had a healthy appetite until about 3 days ago. When I tried to cup feed him he just stares at the crickets. Then he started shedding a day after that. Just pretty much finished yesterday. I was starting to get worried. Hopefully it's just cause of him shedding.
