Hi. First of all due to being on my phone i cant seem to find the bit where you fill in details, sorry!
All around health has been fine, hes about a year and a half old, his enclosure had been done following posts on here so is all safe, i use a bottle to squirt water a few times a day and he usually loves his locusts, and white grubs (wax worms?) as a treat. Normally friendly and brightly coloured. Unsure of weight.

My problem is that my veiled cham hasnt eaten in nearly 2 weeks. I thought it might be the cold weather which didnt make sense until talking to people i found that i have been sold the wrong day bulb! The place i got him, usually very good, told me to buy a certain bulb which it turns out wasnt right. That was sorted last thursday and i was warned he could take a few days to warm up properly, he has started coming out a bit more the last 2 days but nowhere near as much as usual. I also noticed a week ago he has started shedding which i read on here changes as they get older, this times definately taking longer than usual. Ive tried everything i can think of and although im very patient im getting a bit worried that hes still not eating!! Any other ideas?? I cant find any more signs or symptoms of anything else...

When was the last time you changed out your UVB bulb? As far as a basking bulb, you can just use a white housebulb. That is what all if not most of us use. I would also suggest changing up your feeders. Have you tried silkworms?

Hes got a new uvb bulb which replaced the wrong bulb last thursday. Hes still really dark in colour. Il try some diffrent food...

You may want to double check the temp at the basking spot with a probe
digital thermometer.
I discovered I was 20F off!!
Even if you change a bulb with the same wattage, it can be way different.

The bulb he sold me wasnt uvb so was way off, i bought a stick on thermometer and have it on the glass next to the basking spot and it says its 27 degrees which is just over 80.
They didnt have silk worms in our little pet shop so i got crickets, no interest in them so far...
