I would say to buy a brand that you trust and that has a good reputation and get the most effective one within your budget. Placing it near your chameleon’s enclosure will help maintain his humidity the best.

Do you no where the best place to get one?

I had to use one of the big 30 pint dehumidifiers. The smaller units do not work well. You need one that will reduce a room's humidity levels.

I always shop around for the lowest price. Home Depot, Lowe’s, Appliance Direct and other places like that.

^^^^ same as what @MissSkittles said. I believe when I was shopping for one the cheapest ones were at my local ace hardware.
