Nutrition chart?

I was just wondering if this chart for guinea pigs could help with chameleon nutrition?
I have no idea if it's worth much... But maybe it can help with gut loading?

I read your thing about romaine lettuce, and according to this, it has calcium in it, so it can't be bad right?

Looks ok for a gutload go by. Kale, carrots, spirena and potatoe are staples, as well as premade store bought gut loads. Others on here have more info with the store bought gut loads, I stick to a simple gut load recipe mentioned above with a little pre formed vitamin a and fish flake food as a treat.

I wasn't particularly asking about a good gutload, but more of for helping with other people. Opens your eyes to more variety. Ya know?

Also, the second one would be good for crickets and their calcium 'levels'

Not sure about your charts but here's one that I have for worms and crickets that might be helpful.

I see! I was just thinking this may help with gut loading crickets and what not... All kinds of stuff I had never considered using until I got my piggies. Now, since I have the stuff anyways, it makes it easier to gut load plus I get a variety... But then again, I dont really have anything that needs its food to be gutloaded, as well as I do, right now...

And that is what I said, It's a good gut load go-by. I added a few items to the list for beta carotine aborbtion as well as filler. Perhaps I miss read your post?

Just be aware that some of the veggies/greens listed on the guinea pig chart contain lots of calcium but they also bind calcium and others contain goiterinoids (sp?), etc. so they should be used sparingly.
