Nylon Enclosure and Softtrays

So the new enclosure I have for my female veiled is one of the nylon enclosures from Big Apple Herp that covers over the PVC tubings. I purchased the Softtray to go with it but I'm not sure if I have it set up correctly. I put the liner on the inside, but it has gaps and with the bottom few inches smooth vinyl anything that I am free feeding that goes to the bottom can't get up the sides of the enclosure.

Should I have put this liner on the outside? I would think it would get pretty nasty on the bottom...

Any input would be appreciated

i think you have it right,
can your cham get low enough to zap any bottom
dwelling feeders?
