odd twitch

my panther chameleon gave me a big scare today, he has always been healthy never any problems but today after he ate 4 crickets he started twitching like his hole body just kinda twitched for about 30 seconds and then stopped. im just looking for advice he has never done this before. he drinks eats and poops fine he is also about 3.5-4 years old any advice would be help full. as of now he seems to be back to normal.

If it becomes a normal occurance, you should see a vet. I've seem my cham do this once, but she has never done it again.

sometimes our Chameleons do a little stretch before they start shedding keep an eye to see if shedding starts in a few days

i have never seen a twitch but what about rolling there eyes i have seen a panther do that is that normal?

my older panther does that a lot my wife got a saline solution recommended by our vet and uses a dropper once in a while for him but he still does it once in a while. He is the only one of 5 that does but the vet said he was good just gets irritated kinda like some people do and other don’t.

ok thanks i saw him do it when i first got him but not since then and i saw his father do it and was wondering if it was hereditary
