On the ground for a week now?

They look like she might be lacking in calcium, from what I know of eggs, but that's to be expected with her history and her being in rehabilitation and just starting it with you. So as long as she starts eating right away and drinking... just keep an eye out for anything strange. I would increase her calcium intake if you can. Do you have any liquid calcium?

I've been giving her supers injected with RescueCal+ since I got it a few weeks ago, but that was also when she had cut back on eating. Bad timing, of course! Just like with the geckos.

Since the eggs were already formed most of the way by then there was probably not much you could do to help their development and therefor her during it. In other words be extra diligent with her for a while until she looks back up to snuff. Let her regain her strength and calcium as those eggs would have taken a lot from her.
