One day old Babie having eye issues

Hi all, hope someone here can help, I have 3 new babies which hatched this week, one of the babies that hatched yesterday is definitely having some sort of issue with his left eye. He closes it and just by the little look on his face he is in some pain.. I can definitely see from behind that his right eye bulges out his head like it should but the left eye is sunken in and he keeps closing it. Poor thing
I placed him on a branch under my mister and let it soak him in hopes that maybe this will help him flush out what ever is in there but he instead was wiping his right eye on the branch.. he can open the left eye and move it but he opens and closes it constantly.
Is there anything I can do for him?

I think you're doing what you can do...mist it with a fine mist to give it a chance to clean out anything that might be stuck in it.
What was the substrate in the incubation container?
