Well its been 2 weeks and 3 days since shes been bred, 17days total and shes fatttt thats for sure. The past day or 2 ive started to notice bulges of eggs so i gotta keep on the food and the calcium to ensure those eggs are healthy!


also the gular edema issue i posted the other day, it seems to be subsiding.

My gosh Nic, that is one fat mamma there, lol wow. Congratz. I think I remember you saying this is your first clutch? I hope everything turns out smooth for you and the eggs bud.

Greetings! She's one big girl. We have a large female veiled who laid her first clutch 20 days after mating. She stopped eating 2-3 days before laying. So, be aware that she may need to lay early. Sometimes with veileds the eggs are already so well developed by the time they mate that 30 days isn't required. Good luck, and let us know how many and how she does! Do you have a laying container in her enclosure, or are you going to do the trashcan method?
