Yeah that stores lame. The owner's lucky i was nice enough to take my Yelp review down and called the BBB to end our dispute.

You should try Pets Club in Emeryville. They sell 15 LARGE crickets for $1, or 20 small/mediums for $1 I think 500-1000 are also dirt cheap. Also they sell waxworms, superworms, dubias, etc.

Well they say a picture paints a thousand words and IMO the pics you posted dont show a Faly or a Be. What you have is a nice healthy looking Ambanja.

Nice! Finally glad I've found what locale Jasper is. Always wondered and majority of everyone states Ambanja. Probably helped allot more since these are recent pics. I've had h for little over a month now and he's in way better shape than he was when I first got him. I'll just say he's a rescued panther chameleon from a terrible petshop. I'm really excited that everyone says he looks healthy, glad I'm doing my job right!

Thanks for all the help guys! I really appreciate it. Makes me understand locales a bit better and know what to look out for when looking at panthers. Also shows how much these forums are of a help. This is my first chameleon and loving it. I didn't care what locale he was, I was just curious to see what he may be. Thanks again guys!

He looks alot like my young Purple Bar Ambanja. His bars turn a darker purplish black do the not?

Definitely looks like an ambanja or ambanja cross to me. A very handsome one at that! He's a keeper. Keep us updated because you never know how they will turn out in a few more months..
