Veiled chameleons (healthy) can survive temps at night into the 50's and even 40's as long as they are able to warm up the next morning. I wouldn't want to have temps that low all the time though.

I keep my veileds outside all summer and they're fine when the night drops into the 50s. They're pretty much outside from mid May to mid September

Ok I gave it to him the day before I will stop i have been taking him out there everyday from about 11 am to 6 pm when the sun starts to set I decided not to leave him out at night hubby gets up for work and sees a big Garfield cat in my yard and that's at 3am

Do you mean that you want to keep him outside all the time all summer? I would be very concerned about the heat during the summer unless you have a greenhouse or a serious misting system going all day and plenty of shade. This is assuming you are from the Phoenix area.

1 hours unfilter sun bask in the suitable chameleon outdoor tempature will be more beneficial then the regular 12 hours commercial uvb bulb,if u live in the hotter state , u can try the morning or late afternoon sun time as long the cham is under ur supervision.

During the summer even in Yeman tempature can top over 54C (129F)
If the temperature do reach that hot ,by all means under the supervision should cut down the direct sun bask time even provide necessary shadey area,use the judgement n proceed accordingly.
