the gf showed this to me on tumblr i though i should share it

"Owls confirmed to be the creepiest birds ever. LOOK AT THE FREAKY THINGS. If you fail to notice the one on the left SWALLOWING a rat, then you have the dude singing some satanic chant or something next to him, and then you have those two other psychos synchronized to make you feel creeped the hell out with their soulless dance of impending DOOM."

Evil owl made me laugh...though, I think he's really trying to look like a branch. Covering up his eyes is a pretty good disguise.

you know what. i could seriously see it being an owl if the wound was presumably made with a fire poker.

agreed he looks like hes trying to be a branch, like a chameleon or cuttlefish. but maybe im just biased. he may just be trying to look creepy

Yea, i have another article (didn't want to post because it was a bit grafic). It had post mordum pix of her wounds. Looked like it could have been made by a large Raptor for sure.
 
i disagree thast its trying to look like a branch, but rather look more like a bird of pray such as an egal or hawk to frighten the other owl (slimer body, squinty eyes, ears erect)


anyone else c this?

well initially when it changed the shape of his head but kept his eyes open he look a tad feline, or some other mammalian predator, but once he closed his eyes (mostly) and continually tried to ensure the thinnest perspective of his body was the only thing visible to the other owl it reminded me a LOT of a chameleon thinning out and hiding on the opposite side of the branch. and then scooting around as you move.
