Pale Chameleon

Hi,

So Pisca has been very pale for the last two days. She is a jackson about 7 months old. To me she look like she is about to shed and that is why she is pale but its has been two days and she hasn't started shedding yet. Should I be concerned? Her temp is 70-75 around viv and basking spot at 80. She is not gasping, and otherwise she has been a bit lethargic but eats normally about 4 big crickets and a couple of reptiworms. Ill put some pictures as well. Thank you so much.

my female took almost a week after showing signs of a shed. i suggest giving her a shower (bounce the water off the wall) might help speed the process
