Panic mode!

I'm thinkin of you, bro. Good luck. Sometimes when we think we're doing the best, the worst strikes regardless. We're all hoping for the best.

Sincerely,
Tyg

Thank y'all so much! Night has fallen and I've been out looking with two spot lights to no avail. I'll continue to search and will do so at 1st light in the morning. Poor guy is probably scared to death! How could I be so careless?!? :/

I live in TX too. To bad we live like 900 miles away or I would help. Its so windy here I'm afraid to put my chams outside. I hope you find him!

Keep us posted...I would start caling ppl to bring coffee and flashlights for an all nighter! The more eyes and flashlights the better! Good luck! My cage blew over last year...thank goodness I was at work so Claude was in the house, but I still panicked when I saw it!

Omw thats terrible!, I nearly had a heart attack when I lost my panther! Luckly He didnt change colour and i found him in a bush on the floor, Little bugger and he did it again when i was trying to catch a cricket for him i looked up and he was looking so cute it looked like he was smiling at me :p next thing he vanished OOPS!!!! I froze up he wasnt there! I ran and called everyone to help. The trees in the yard are like a forest!, I was willing to run up the tree to look for him, Eventually I found him! :D He was at the tip of the branch basking and having a jol :p, Its REALLY scary when you loose your precious chameleon:( I hope you find him, Goodluck!

Hey, don't blame yourself. You couldn't have known the cage would topple over, it's not like you pushed the cage yourself. Things happen, you can't beat yourself up over bad luck. Just keep looking and hope for the best!

Oh man, I hope he turns up soon for you. I know it's a horrible feeling........don't give up hope, he's a healthy guy and he will make it if you can find him.

Do you have anyone who can help you look?
I had the same thing happen with my mlae veiled.
cage fell, and he got out.
i freaked, and spent like an hour seraching myself. i was convinced he had climbed the 20 feet to the first branch of a pine tree.
or he was on top of the roof of my apt building.

i asked my bf to help me look, and we searched and searched and searched.

finally found him, in a bush, he same bush we had both looked in for an hour. he was right infront of my face.

so brethe, and good luck!

Max, Remember Krash escaped for 12 days(first time was 9)
It was cold at nite, he even crossed the road. Avoiding cars, cats and birds.
they can endure, you will find him, keep an eye on the ground and during the day sun.
Don't give up :)
Anne

Update: he's gone unseen for 24hrs. I've searched day and nite and day again with my wife. I'm printing out a flyer to drop off at Petco, Petsmart, the community mailbox and neighborhood homes (adjacent neighbors especially)...I will keep y'all posted! Oh, and the kicker?? I'm leaving for San Antonio tomorrow for the week... :/

Alert the local vets too.
Maxttu, our hearts go out to you, and many many of us are thinking that it could have been any one of us who had this misfortune.

POST A PIC around your neighborhood.

Come back from your trip with good news.
