Panic mode!

oh my gosh, I feel so bad for you. If by chance someone does find him and you are going to be gone, do you have a backup plan? meaning, if they find him, what will they do with him?

My wife will be in town. She swore when I got him that she would NEVER, EVER handle him. I sure hope that she gets to eat her words! Big time!!!

Did you hear what people said?
Some chameleons have been found after weeks! Don't lose hope! You'll find him!:)

Never give up home. I know you want to get him back home and with posters out and looking you have done all you can do. But don't give up... just don't give up hope. I will be holding strong that we get some good news soon.

Thanks. I appreciate the support! :)

I have a cat that went missing for five years, the vets found her about fifty miles from where I live. Don't give up hope!! I also have tortoises that go missing for days in the garden the number of times I have spent my nights digging around in the garden! I really hope you find him!!!

Hope is still there but I must say it is diminishing with each passing day... :(

if it were summer I would be more optimistic, but I am worried about the temps being winter. I am just being honest here. I still would not give up though, cause you never know!

Fortunately, Houston has had an incredibly mild winter. More like a "cool" spring. The 1st nite he went missing was the coldest that it will get. The temps have been in the upper 40's to lower 50's overnite. If he survived that 1st COLD nite (upper 30's) he will have a great chance! It will be tropical very soon...

That's a great story! Never give up!! :)

I am so sorry I hope you find him. Don't give up hope!!! And like some else said try not to blame yourself bad luck is just bad luck!! So sorry

We've had stories of people finding their chameleons after months, so definitely do not give up. If you haven't already, alert all your neighbors to what has happened. Several chameleons have been found by concerned neighbors.

Come home Maynard, you're being missed terribly little guy.. Good luck my friend, I wish you the best for his return!
