What should I do with the other eggs in the meantime? They are in the cage with the other hatchling right now but I feel I should put them back in their incubator.

Definitely put them back!!! Changes in temp and humidity can shrink wrap the remaining babies, making it difficult or impossible to hatch. I usually only open my egg containers every other day during hatching, or after all babies have hatched, and add a small spritz of water to account for humidity loss

When would I be able to tell the sex of the panther chameleons?

They can be sexed right after coming out lout of the egg

Absolutely agree with @TayloredExotics ....put the eggs back and don't look at them too often or you'll mess up the chances for them to hatch.
