Panther Chameleon Locale (?)

hi everyone. I made a thread here about 5 months ago asking if people knew what my chameleons gender was. Well, Raijin is a boy which is awesome because I wanted a male. But as he has gotten bigger I noticed he only remains one color. I assumed he may be a nosey be but he isn't the blue color they are. I'm having a hard time figuring out his locale (idk if I'm spelling that right) and I'm disappointed because I wanted him to have more colors lol


Anyway here is a photo of him. Can anyone determine what type of Panther he is?
