Respectfully, I think you need to do a lot more research on panther chameleons if you can't tell what the sex of this one is... Panther chameleon 101 is: males are colorful, females are significantly less so. This should have been one of the first things you learned when doing your research. This chameleon is beyond a shadow of a doubt male and almost certainly older than 3 months
Sure hope you got him for the price of a female though! That would make it such that you got HIM for a great deal! Every feature of this boy screams male! And I am the guy that usually post "odds are that you have a male!"
Welcome to the forums! Please read as much as you can about panthers! Taking care of them well requires a lot of knowledge and skill!
Thanks for the couple nice comments. I have done a lot of research on panthers and I was 95% sure he was a male. I have attached two pictures of him 2 weeks ago and 1 month ago when we got him. You can tell it was a little hard to tale if it was a male or female until the last week or so. This is my first Panther, and I just wanted to make sure. Thanks again.
Don't be discouraged. This is a fantastic forum and all of the people here are really great. Everyone has an intense love of these amazing little guys here.
They are very fragile and require a lot from their keepers. Take a look at those links and definitely ask questions. Welcome to the forum and I look forward to seeing your little man grow!
Certainly a boy. In the older photos you posted it would be a little harder to tell but with the newer photos is easy to see the colors and the hemipenal bulge.
