Panther Chameleon Sex Question

My name is Ray and I recently purchased my first panther chameleon online. I haven't named it yet because I am unsure of whether it is a male or female. The vendor swears that she is 99.99% sure that it is a male. I am a bit confused because I have been looking at pictures online and it shows a lot of female characteristics. If anyone could help me out in determining it's sex, I would appreciate it! Below are pics. Thanks! :)

if you were in the market for a male just keep in touch with seller and see if they will do an exchange if it turns out female. otherwise i cant really see much of a bulge for the hemipenes.... my guess is female. but im sure there are others on here with tons more knowledge in this area. maybe they can help with more definite answer

Thanks for the quick responses!!! I really appreciate it! Here are some more pics:

There is no doubt that is a male. Obvious bulge and usual drab colors or a male at that size. Although those bars are starting to show and if it keeps going orange that is going to be a killer male. Ambilobe?

Cainschams, I've only had him for about a week and today I noticed the bars were turning dark to light orange. The breeder said that he is a blue barred ambilobe. This is a pic of the sire:

Nice Sire :)

100 percent male and 100 percent cute. I must say that I've never seen so many pictures of the same tail bulge

The sire is very nice looking. Reds and greens tend to show up first on the young ones like yours. The true coloring of the bars don't appear until much later. They often look brown or black at this age. That sire has red bars with some blue mixed in. I'd call the sire red bar. He's got excellent coloring on his head and belly. Your boy is likely to be very attractive whether his bars are technically red or blue.

In addition to what everyone is say even if the sire is a red bar, a blue bar, or a mix of the two you could still end up with any of those three. there is a higher possibility that the males will show the same color bars as the sire but you can get red bar, blue bar, and a combination of the two from any color barred ambilobe. Somewhere back in the gene pool i'm pretty sure almost all ambilobes have an opposite colored ancestor or else this wouldn't happen like it does all the time. In nature i don't think panthers ask each other what color bars they have or their parents had :). Even if the Dam is from a red bar line she could be the one odd one with blue bar genetics and throw off blue bar babies that have a total red bar sire. It's all genetically random with the sires colors being more common in the babies. The sire is very attractive and I bet he fires up some fiery yellow/orange that makes that green all but disappear . Your little male is sure to be a stunner. I was contemplating buying a little male from the same people you got yours from, I was looking at the sire that was a complete blood orange color with a blue lateral stripe but I decided to wait a month or two and see what the chameleon company will have once were out of single digit weather here in michigan. All my panthers that come from Jim are unbelievable. Good luck with the little guy.
