What's with all of the resurrection of old threads lately? We need a big flashing sign that says "you're about to bump year+ old thread"

I try to make a habit of first, searching the archives for a particular subject or topic before creating a new thread on something that could likely have already been asked a bizillion times here. And if I find an old thread that is relatable enough I will revive it with whatever question/comment I have. This is no good?

it will cause you to get less response, search and if you dont already find the answer start a new thread. then all the members know its a new thread and will be more eager to respond
