according to the text it can remove them... However I have yet to use it. I would love for somebody to use it who dose there own fecal checks so as to moniter how it is working.
I checked out their website and read the customer feedback. I went ahead and ordered 1 container. I think my situation would make for a good test . . .
I wonder if the Kammers use it? or Mike Monge, or Jim Flaherty.... Chris Anderson?
I have heard of it ... but don't really hear of people using it with chameleons ... and I think I would have, if it had benefit.
I remain suspect of the magic, organic parasite remover.
i heard it is good stuff but it does not kill parasites or worms, i think it is similar to another product nutri-bac. they both have natural bacteria that live in the intestinal tract and promote good bowel movements (laxative) and stimulate appetite. they do not kill parasites like panacur or albon but reduce parasite count by passing stools more often. i've tried nutri-bac havent seen any amazing results other than more appetite because of faster excrement.
I just got my order today for this. It smells good!
Anyway, do you use it as a tea or dusting? I think I will have better luck dusting and am just wondering how much to use? The instructions only discuss making the tea . . .
I made a tea but I was stressing the chameleons out with syringe feeding. So now I dust 10 crickets a month per animal. seem to increase the appetites of the chameleons. I'm not saying its a miracle drug just a maintenance one like everything else with these animals. Pour some zap in a bag and dust them up thats what I do.
Yeah I ended up dusting the feeders for tonight and it went well. After realizing that it is just a herbal supplement I figured I did not need to be very precise in the amount used.
Do you think it would hurt if I did this a few times the next 5-7 days just to get it started, since I have not had them on it yet?
I also was thinking about doing something separate ( more frequent treatments) for my 2 WC carpets that I just got. I haven't done a fecal on them yet but I just am assuming they could use a cleaning.
