Hey I am new to the forums and I havent seen anything about the parsons chameleon. I have a sub-adult veiled chameleon, but every time I goto the pet store in my home town i see a parsons chameleon that they have for sell.
I'm not sure on the sex of it but I think it is awesome. It costs 200 dollars and I have been tempted to get it just because the owners don't really know much about chameleons at all. It is in a big 100 gallon aquarium and has a dripper and a heat lamp.
I am just wanting to know a little bit more about the parson before I make a decision. Is 200 dollars a good price for it? Also, are they a good chameleon breed to have? I'm just wondering because I haven't seen much about them.
Edit: Just went to the shop and they said he was a male less than a year old. And that they would go lower on the price because they need the room. The wife was running the shop today and she was afraid of him so I couldn't get him out. I can probably go on the weekend and get him out when the husband is working if you need more pictures
